Can’t create a new ticket as a User

Hi,
I changed all users role to “support user” and created a new user (on the original site’s registration) and clicked on the page link to open a new ticket. The issue here is that it loads forever and won’t get into the page.It also happens if I try to create a new ticket as the admin from the admin panel.
Can you please help me solve this?
