500 Internal Server Error

  • I just added the Viper Video plug-in and added a Vimeo video to a post and now when I pull up the page, or attempt to, I get this error message. Please let me know how to fix it. I can’t even log into the admin page.

  • FTP into your site and rename the Viper plugin folder in wp-content/plugins. That will automatically deactivate that plugin and, hopefully, allow you to log back into the your site.
