I created a form some time ago and it works fine (in the footer and in the page linked above). The shortcode is [mc4wp_form id=”1198″].
Now I want to update it but I can’t find it anymore in the plugin settings. Instead I have [mc4wp_form id=”1197″] shortcode which is not used in my site. I know I can have only one form in the free version of the plugin, and I have just one used, but it is not the one listed. Where is it? Where I have to look for it?
    Thanks
    Enrica

    Hey Enrica,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

When you go to the “MailChimp for WP > Forms” menu what shortcode are you seeing there? Whatever that shortcode is, that is the one you need to use to display the form.

    Hi,

I also wanted to add that, based on the ID, I believe when you save a form like any other post or page, a version is created and assigned an ID in WordPress. That said, I would suggest updating the shortcode wherever you have added to match the ID of the main form.
