“Subscribe contact failed (ActiveCampaign)” error, but it works

  • I’ve started getting emails from WordPress:

    “Subscribe contact failed (ActiveCampaign)” and “Tag contact failed (ActiveCampaign)”.

    It says, that plugin was unable to subscribe or tag contact in Active Campaign. But that’s not true. Contacts and tags are added.

    Why am I getting this email?

    Are you running the latest version of the plugin? We had this issue with a previous version but was corrected.
