German language did not work

    Hi Patrick,

    todax I have installed the new version 1.8.4 to WP 5.0.2.

    In the plugin directory “langguage” I found two files with German language:
    stonehenge-em-osm-de_DE.mo
    stonehenge-em-osm-de_DE.po

    The file did not work. In the WP plugin backend I found all sentences in English language.

    All other plugins in my backend has German language.

    WordPress changed the way they do translations a while back, so sometimes included files are not loaded (correctly).

    If you copy the two language files (.po and .mo) to wp-content/languages/plugins they should work ??

    Hi Patrick,
    I think your answer is not correct. On both websites the files are in the language directory from your plugin.

    In the WP backend I can see only the English phrases which I have translated to German Language.

    My answer IS correct. Please manually copy those files front the plugin folder to wp-content/languages/plugins!
