% sign changes into rubbish after restore

  • I use WP Clone to migrate sites from 1 server to another. It used to work fine (on the same server) Now that i “transport” it to another all % signs change into {5f3464f3ebaec83eda366935a4ee1786aa6d7e7b44e376fb828dec04878a82b1}
    Why is that ?
