Issue with Application Form Builder

    I am using the application builder for my form, but when I select some fields to addon, it changes the description from the value I set to 1.

    Example – Added a Checkbox Type with a Field set as Title. The options used are MR, MRS, MISS. When I click on update, Title changes to 1

    Hi,

    Thank you – I also noticed something else that I did not mention. Every field has to be set to required, and if you use a check box for different options, it allows you to choose more that one. Can this be updated to only allow one selction?

    Hi,
    Checkboxes are selected multiples & Radio buttons are selected only one. You should use Radio Button instead of Check box to meet your requirement.
