Header Video not loading

    I’ve added an mp4 video in the header.
    Customizing > Header Media

    The video does not load.

    I’ve temporarily added a “Use featured image” so that visitors aren’t met with an empty box. ??

    Please let me know what I need to do to make this video play.

    What is the URL of the video you are using? Is it an mp4 that you’ve uploaded through the media library?

    Edit: I just took a look at your site, and it looks like the video header is loading properly and playing on my end.
