    Please fix this PHP warning:

    Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /www/htdocs/foobar/…/shortcode-star-rating/shortcode-star-rating.php on line 169

    Line 169 is:
    $empty_rating = $max - $rating;

    Either $max or $rating is not initialized properly (non-numeric).
