    Please add:

    => Selective Table Sync, which basically enables sync for particular tables in the database.
    => Media Sync, to synchronize WordPress media file uploads like for images and videos.
    => Sync specific tables between the main/sub-sites in a multisite installation.

    We have no plans at the moment to support merging database data, because it is quite a bit more complicated. Your suggestion is noted though and who knows in the future ??

    Media migration is already available in the PRO version, where you can sync whatever files you want. Such as themes, plugins, uploads (media), WP and more.

    Regarding your last idea, with synching tables in a multisite installation. We dont currently support multisite, but it is on the agenda for the coming versions.
    But we wont be supporting merging database tables, but only migrate (overwriting data) and extracting single sites from multisite installations.
