    Hello,

Is there any way to push emails which are already successfully subscribed on the plugin’s log to my mailchimp list again? I can see them in the log but they’re partially encrypted.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

There is no way to get the data from the logs. The details are only partially saved for security. Can you please let us know why you need to add the users to your MailChimp account again if they already used the form to subscribe?

    Hi Harish,

Thank you for replying. I needed to add them again because when they subscribed, for some reason on the MailChimp’s side, the opt-in email which was supposed to send to them got blocked. So they never received it, and never been added to my list. Now that problem has been resolved, MailChimp told me they can’t resend pending emails and that I would need to push those emails again.

I hope we can figure out a way to do it, look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I regret to say that there is no way to push those emails again. The general logs provided are just for debugging and for security, the complete email is not saved in it.
Our premium version has reports where the subscriber details are saved in the database, but since you did not have a premium version, there is no way to retrieve the details of the earlier subscribers.
