• Once I have entered the troubleshooting mode, I need to see how the site looks like. The little message on top says that the mode would enable default theme and act as if WordPress has been installed for the first time. But I don’t see any difference to how the site looks.

Note that I am logged in to WordPress admin and accessing the site in the same browser.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Did you receive any warnings about files not being able to copy them selves? It sounds like something is blocking so called Must-Use plugins (a type of file that is loaded before plugins and themes, that we rely on this prevent them from being loaded for your user), could you check if that’s the case?

You should be able to go into the list of plugins, at the very top there’s a few alternatives like “All plugins” and “Active”, one of them should say “Must-Use Plugins”, and there should be one created by Health Check there.

There’s no other must use plugin besides Health Check.
