Customizing rss feed description

    Hi. I plan to use RSS Aggregator to pull in feeds from other sites.

    First, though, I am wondering if I can use it to customize the RSS feed from my own site for MailChimp? Specifically, I want to control the layout of the RSS feed in MailChimp. If I use your software to do this, then I can make all my feeds look consistent.

    For example I want to customize the rss feed description, which MailChimp is currently simply displaying as “Positive Living”, which is my site’s tagline, but is not descriptive of my blog (see image: https://cl.ly/648f66aec499)

    I did not see this specifically mentioned in your documentation, but I could have easily missed it.

    We do not have any Feature as of now that allows you to customize the feed item of the free core plugin.

    We always welcome feature request, and you can take a look here to send in an idea.

    If you need something like this urgently, I would suggest contacting a developer for custom work, or you need help customizing it to meet your project’s needs, contact one of our trusted partners to get a quote.
