    Hi,
Using the all in one migration app.
After clicking export to file, it as archiving for a while and is now downloading a file, size 9gb. Does this sound right?

Also when i upload from a local host to a live site, does it totally over write everything there, including woocommerce/stripe settings, customer purchase history extra?

    Thanks
    Brian

    Hi Brian,

Do you have backups from other plugins in wp-content and wp-content/uploads?
We have a tool – https://traktor.servmask.com that you can check to see what is inside your backup.

Woocommerce settings and purchase history are stored in the database.
I am afraid they will be overwritten upon import.

    Hi Pim,
If i update an ecommerce website locally including woocommerce and then export to file, then import to live hosting to replace my old unedited website, do the new woocommerce settings up load to the live hosting.

I am not too worried if all the old settings are overwritten.

    Thanks

The backup is a copy of your website at a point in time.
When you restore the backup, you get the site that you had at that point in time.

What is the largest file that could be imported into a live site?
I was thinking that i could develop my new look website locally and then up import to the live site.

1PB is the hard limit of backups.

    Hi Yani,
    1pb, thats a big website.
I was trying to export the 9gb website from the live host, but then ran into a max limit when importing it into my local host, max file size 32mb.

If I purchase the premium All in One will this then allow me to import/export any file size to/from my live site?

    Thanks
    Brian
