    The Yoast SEO meta box relies on JavaScript to perform all its tasks. If JavaScript is disabled, blocked or detects a conflict, you may see a blank or semi-blank box.

    Please try the suggestions here: Yoast SEO meta box is blank

    Hi dear,

    JavaScript is enabled, all plugins are up to date. Enabled the troubleshooting mode and problem persist.

    Please advise.

    Are you using the classic editor or the new block editor?

    If you use the classic editor with the Kallyas theme, there’s an open bug report here: https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/11846

    Hi dear,

    We tried both, on the current new block editor the snippet editor is fully functional on posts and pages only, just NOT on products. The classic editor (re-installed and tried it out) is not functional anymore with snippet editor on any pages, posts or products.

    We use wp 5.0.2 & yoast seo premium 9.3 and the kallyas theme.

    When accessing a product page, it opens up in same classic format compare to shop pages & posts who are all in block format.

    We havn’t installed the Gutenberg plugin as advised on a github thread cause if you have a look on their wordpress plugin page, people went crazy in the last couple of hours, they got 1400 x 1-star reviews in the last 24hours. Something is not going right there.

    We should find a way to fix this issue…..keep me posted please if you find a solution ??????

    I have the same problem. I just upgraded to the premium version, but all the issues are the same as with the free plugin. (WP version is 5.0.2)

    1. I see no information on the SEO meta box. it’s blank…was working fine on Friday (2 days ago)…suddenly stopped working yesterday. Just upgraded to premium today…no effect.

    2. The menu (general, search appearance, social)… All the tabs are unresponsive. I just click them on…nothing happens! ??

    Can someone help?

    Randy

    I had the same problem. In fact, the whole plugin was not working. It went away after I unintalled and reinstall the whole plugin. Perhaps there was something different when we updated it continously.
    Is something amissed during the update in yoast?

    Yeah, it seems the whole plugin stopped working…

    @inutrition

    We have an open issue with the Kallyas theme here https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/11846. We suggest commenting on the issue so you may be kept aware of updates. You may need an account in order to comment.

    @randyman67
    Please make sure all your non-Yoast plugins and themes are updated. If the issue still happens, please contact us: [email protected] that way we can investigate the error using our premium support.

    @clark8529
    It sounds as if you are also experiencing an error with JavaScript. If you are using the Kallyas theme please comment on the issue above as well.

    If not, please make sure all non-Yoast plugins and themes are update. This is especially true if you are using Xtheme and Cornerstone. Please make sure you are using the most recent versions, 6.4.6 and 3.4.6.

    If the issue still happens after all are updated, it sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:

    1. Check for conflicts using this guide:?https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts.

    2. Check for JavaScript errors using this guide:?https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console.

    If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue here:?https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/new?for our developers. You may need to make an account. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

    If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site.

    We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You may purchase Yoast SEO Premium here:?https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/?and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.
