After update ads are not displayed

  • I have Koji theme and Ad Insterter plug-in. It was showing ads inside posts until update of Koji. I updated it and now ads are “sometimes” not shown, instead some random posts are shown in the place of ads.
    How can I correct it?

    Hi @mubinicyer,

    That sounds like an issue with the plugin rather than the theme – Koji doesn’t interact with the content of your posts and pages. I’d recommend you to post a support request on their forums.

    Hi, thanks for reply.
    I already asked in support forum of ad inserter and they replied that I should ask theme’s forum ??
    Ads are shown correctly in mobile, but not in Desktop.
    When I enter the site from mobile, the ads are shown as expected.
    When I enter the site from desktop, ads are not displayed, instead, posts are shown as ads.

    Hi @mubinicyer,

    The contents of the ad (the actual markup) is not being loaded on desktop in some cases, so it’s not a styling issue. The actual markup of the ad in the ad iframe is empty. You can see a screen capture of it here.
