Blank Admin page

If not, rename your plugin folder back to plugin.

I do get the log in page but then when I do it goes to the blank admin page.

If this helps when I view source on the blank admin page the last bit of lines are:

Found a bad plug in but still can’t get to the admin pages

(apologies for posting in two categories but I’m desperate)

I was able to comment on a post, good, I had to warn my readers the blog might be dead thanks to 2.8. geeze, still working on it though. ??

I posted this on the other thread I had going and thought since people might not look there, this may help you too:

For those having trouble with blank admin pages, be sure to check your wp-includes folder to be sure all the files got transferred.

After a whole lot of worry and investigation I found six files that were not updated (why I have no idea) and once I renamed the old files and transferred in the new ones bingo.

2.8 is up and running and seemingly quite happy.
