– Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

Regarding Instagram, what is the exact URL that you entered under question number 2 in the plugin’s settings?

Ok I cleared the Safari cache on my mobile but the social icons for Facebook and Instagram are still not showing on mobile

Regarding the icons not showing on mobile: it seems that your theme stops showing them on mobile. Could you please ask your theme creators about it?
