Follow widget not working when used in BP Nouveau members home widget area

Hi there,

When you use the widget in the widget area of the BP Nouveau members home page it only displays the displayed user for that page. This is due to a nouveau introduced filter which checks if a user_id is set and if not it sets include to be equal to the displayed)user_id.

To fix this the widget needs to be updated to include user_id => bo_displayed_user_id() in the bp_has_members args.
