    We are using from November 2010.
    Ratings Image: heart_crystal

    Logs since December 19, 2018 were not displayed in Rating Logs although they were counting normally until now.
    However, it is correctly counted in Rating of post list.
    I have not changed the previous setting.
    How can I make it appear correctly in Rating Logs?

    Check your Ratings -> Rating Options under “Log Ratings”. Ensure the correct option is chosen and save again.

    The only change is that if you choose cookie, it will not be logged (because of GDPR)

    Thank you for your suggestion.
    Is the option item you are talking about Ratings Logging Methode?
    This item was selected logged by cookie from before and was recorded correctly in Rating logs until December 18th.
    However, after receiving your suggestion and changing to Logged By IP, it will be recorded again.
