Bug: W3TC pushes assets for feeds if server push enabled

    Since W3TC caches feeds and since the folder has htaccess if server push is enabled in Apache, minified CSS/JS tend to get pushed for xml files as well.

    This can be avoided using filesmatch in the htaccess files created to enable server push.
