At the moment there is no such possibility in the plugin itself.
We will think about adding a few styles for the currency switcher.

I kept your question in my mind, so now I have good news. We added a lot of settings for the switcher design: They are transparency, fonts, colours for each element and other. Check them here:
Currency Converter mode
Currency Rates mode
Currency Switcher mode
Currency Tooltip mode

So, now you can change the style of the switcher to match your website design)
