Can’t seem to replicate it 100%. Form submits fine on my computer (both logged in and using incognito). On mobile when you submit, it displays a full page of code and the form doesn’t actually go through. A few hours ago it was having the same error on pc, but then I changed the email address that it sends to, and it appeared to fix it.

Mobile usage always seem to result in the error, both on ios safari and using chrome on on android.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there, @lucasmw ??

Sorry to hear that! Can you still see the form submission in HappyFormsResponses screen and receive email notification?

Would you mind setting the email address to the same one you use in SettingsGeneral screen in WordPress dashboard and see if it helps?

And just a quick heads up: We’re taking a few days off over Christmas. So if you don’t hear back from us right away, just know we will get back to you Jan 2 ????

    Let us know!

Tried setting it to the admin email address, the same as in the wordpress settings.
When the form successfully submits, I receive notification, and it appears in the responses section. When the form doesn’t successfully submit – and the page of code appears, there is no trace of it.

I can’t work out what causes the form to not work, doesn’t seem to be any reason for it, but of course this is an issue, as I can’t have my contact form sometimes not be working.

It is also now sometimes coming up with the page of code error on chrome whilst using windows. So the issue is no longer confined to mobile browsers.

    That’s odd, @lucasmw.

We’ve tried to submit your form a couple of times now using Chrome desktop browser and Safari on iOS. As it turns out, we didn’t encounter any issue when submitting it.

Just to rule out any possible third party conflicts — would you mind deactivating all your plugins and see if it helps? If it does, start activating them back again one after another and keep an eye on which one tends to break things.

Be sure to let us know your findings. Have a great weekend! ??
