Custom taxonomies disappeared with Gutenberg editor

I can see the taxonomies (both native and custom) on both native Post Types and Custom Post Types when I use the latest WordPress and Types (Free).

The plugin as available here does not provide the “Gutenberg” editor on Custom Post Types so nothing has changed with that interface. Native Posts changed to Gutenberg (if used) however they still work.
