Broken after update

After the latest update, Elementor no longer moves beyond the “Loading” phase.
The error generated is:
TypeError: e.perfectScrollbar is not a function
at https://mysite/plugins/elementor/assets/js/editor.min.js?ver=2.3.7 – 2:247049Is there an ETA for a fix for this?
