Thank you for using our plugin and sorry for the inconvenience. v1.4.0 was a major update.

Regarding your issues, a couple of things:

1) Once you update to v1.4.0, you’ll need to re-configure the plugin, including enabling AMP on Home Page, see this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/f91oxaql5gk3vvv/Enable%20Home%20Page%20on%20v1.4.png?dl=0

2) A side note regarding your local setup. It’s best if you setup virtual hosts (custom local domain) instead of using localhost. Will save you from a lot of trouble. Here’s a link to an article on Adding a virtual host in MAMP for Mac

Also, please note .dev won’t work on local PC anymore since it’s a domain extension now. You can use .stage or any other extension.

I had the same problem, will check that later. How do you solve the problem end up?
