Nothing happens after someone clicks Submit

You have enabled “Double Opt-in” in your form settings which means that MailChimp will send the subscriber an email with a link to verify their email address. Unless the user clicks the link they will not be visible in your list. I tested this using my personal email “me@h……com” and it worked.
