    Hi,
    The structure of your custom feed XML is with the <products> element and below it, the <product> element.

    Can I add another root element above the <products> element? Because I really need it.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Without making changes to the code of the plugin yourselves this is not something you can do with the plugin now.

    The XML file created can’t be structured this way?

    <STORE>
    <PRODUCTS>
    <PRODUCT>
    I didn’t ask for a change in the plugin’s code.. Just if one of the channels have this kind of structure or if there is another way to get it.

    No, none of the channels. Nor the custom feed supports that XML structure.
