transitioning flash gallery to foo gallery

I believe I downloaded Foo Gallery before. I have an older/legacy style flash gallery plugin installed with a lot of galleries that aren’t showing up. Do you have an easy plugin that can transition those galleries into your format? I could use some help. Thanks. – Rob
