Display is awful

  • The display is awful. The blurb is only visible after clicking on the little link (which is very difficult to see) under the title. And it overlaps the title which makes both impossible to read.

    Also, the plugin seems to significantly slow down my development environment (MAMP).

    Did you try reaching out for our support? Problems with display are addressed to us and we always assist. CSS conflicts can occur with any plugin.

    We have not received reports of the plugin slowing down sites over the last four years since release. We would be happy to address any issues regarding this matter.

    One star is a pretty harsh and rating ruining over a display issue.

    Can you provide a screenshot of the problem with the display or let me know which theme you use so I can ensues it is compatible?

    Usually it works fine with 99% of themes.

    Just so other customers know, it’s been a week ago since the user (FREE copy) was helped but they so far didn’t reply back. They complained about the font size, we sent them a screenshot of the font size setting in Settings page, never heard back from them.
