So I was in the process of importing some variable products into WooCommerce when i noticed the CSV importer was taking forever to import, so i backed out and deleted any products that got imported from the import. But for some reason where it tells me how many products i had it said All (39) Published (10) and i only had 10 products show up on the Product page, so i think i may have some empty products present my database?

Before this happened I had been importing my product lists as .txt files as for some reason the WooCommerce built in CSV importer was flagging up ‘This file is not supported for security reasons’. I thought that may have been the reason for the slow import times, so i found a work around that allowed all file types to be upload and then tried a CSV, the bar got half way and then froze, so I backed out again.

I then decided to start a fresh, uninstall WooCommmerce completely and try a fresh install, so I deactivated and tried to delete the WooCommerce plugin and i got the error ‘Deletion failed: Internal Server Error’ so i tried to reactivate the WooCommerce plugin and I get the error message ‘Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.’

I think I may have to delete all traces of WooCommerce from my FTP and database to fix this? If so, I would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction to get this fixed, kind of new to all this. Thanks to anyone that is able to help!

EDIT: After checking my database it seems that the wp_postmeta table contains a lot of the different varaibales for my products, over 10000 at the moment, not sure if this is the correct way WooCommerce usually stores variable products in a database, anyway i think i need to sleep on it, thought that may help in finding a solution.
