Just bought the PRO version of it some hours ago. It does not even have the simple function to import two posts with the same name but different times with the same taxonomies (the plugin just stops / or don t create any taxonomies). [ expletive deleted ]. and there is almost NO Refund policy. Do not buy that. I tried another plugin …. and it is working with ONE click. NOT worth this. Sorry, but this is so basic.

… and I do not recommend this for the “german” language.

It can not handle the “? ? ü” in the right way … what the [ expletive deleted ]. THAT is not WPML ready

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
