In Category the post has removed formbuilder fields

    I have made forms using formbuilder, I’ve made a form in a post and made a category to list the post in. When you click on the category name link (hoverover,?cat=4, then click on link. It shows the post (?p=172) as a link plus has the form field names with no submit fields.

    Any ideas why this is happerning anyone ?
