Cannot open plugin in WP Admin to edit content

From 6/5/18 to 11/28 I could login to our WordPress Admin site, click Image Caption Hover in the left navigation, and open my post to edit/add content for my [ redundant link removed ] page. When I tried to do the same on 12/10, I got a blank white screen when I try to open my post to edit. This happens in all browsers and on various laptops, both connected to our network and via wi-fi. No error message. I’m not seeing that anyone else is having this issue. The plugin is activated (ver 18.9.5) and I don’t see any updates needed. I submitted a ticket with the WebCodingPlace where we purchased the plugin from, but access to the Admin site was requested, and we don’t typically hand that out. I have not tried deactivating / re-activating because I fear losing my content, but if that’s not a valid fear, I’m happy to do so. I have requests piling up, so any and all help is appreciated!
