WooCommerce Order Status Hooks Don’t Run on Update

    Hi there,
    First off – great plugin! I’ve noticed something strange and I’m wondering if it’s a limitation of the free version of this plugin: when importing orders and updating their status, say, from “processing” to “completed” everything seems to change fine on the back-end. However, the email that should trigger on the order completed status never fires.

    Am I missing something here?

    Hi @tharmann,

    The basic version of the plugin does not support sending email to the customers when the order status change. You may have a look at the premium version of the plugin here which supports sending email to the customers when the order status change.
