Send Mail Button / Message

  • I’ve configured Wp SMTP Mail.
    From email, From name
    Mailer: Google
    Client ID and Secret are set
    Authorized redirect uri
    And authorization has been given

    When I go to the Email Test, the Send Mail button is deactivated and this message is displayed ‘You cannot send an email. Mailer is not properly configured. Please check your settings.’
    What could be wrong? I have deleted everything, removed the plugin and all settings… and started fresh. Reset the client secret, re-authorized. Still nothing.

    Hi,

    Here are the rule used to identify whether the connection is valid:
    1) Client ID/Secret are both set.
    2) Access and refresh tokens are both saved. Those tokens are set only when you clicked “Allow…” button and returned back to your site and saw “success” message.

    Please make sure you saved Client ID/Secret values and clicked “Allow…” button and returned back to the site and see that “Allow…” button was substituted with red “Remove Connection” button.
