Backup Frozen at 20% ; Status-Code: 429

Hello BackWPup support, can you help me with this error please?

In the Information Window I get:
Not expected HTTP response:Status-Code: 429

I have added to the wp-config.php file

define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’ , true );

After creating and running full backup job,
“File Backup” stops at 20%
The bar below that stops at 1%
Even after running 12 hours.

After emailing backWPup support one time, I changed Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ) and changed backup archive to Tar and ran the job again. The backup is still frozen at 20% even after 12 hours.
Can you help me get the backup to not freeze at “20%” ?
