Same problem here, site is https://www.naturanrg.gr.

We have deactivated the option to display featured images for now, and kept only post title.

I have been having this problem for a while. Sometimes one or two of the related post entries have no image. The blog post I have linked below has no images, only clickable links. The “You may also like section” is at the end of the post but before the comment section.

The problem is resolved. My on-the-fly image optimizer plugin was turned off. Re-activating the plugin solved the problem after a bit of time.
