NextGEN Gallery and Custom Post Types

    While working on a new beta site I decided to create Custom Post Types using CPTUI for my photography galleries.

    However, the Pro Gallery options for NextGEN Galleries does not work on Custom Post Types. I have checked to verify the Pro Mosaic gallery option works on Pages on my beta site, but not on Post or Custom Posts.

    I have already taken the following steps to try to fix the problem:

    – Deactivated all plugins, still didn’t work
    – Deactivated, deleted, and reinstalled NextGEN Gallery and NextGEN Gallery Pro, didn’t work

    Here is an example Custom Post Type I created where I inserted a Pro Mosaic gallery: https://beta.southeasterntraveler.com/photography/alabama/cheaha-state-park/

    Here is an example of a Page I created where I inserted the same exact Pro Mosaic gallery: https://beta.southeasterntraveler.com/gallery-test-page/

    I am at a loss and appreciate any help.

    Hi @jasonbarnette!

    We’d like to take a closer look at this issue with “CPTUI”. We may need to temporarily deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting. Would you feel OK with that? If so, please send us a bug report here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug, refer back to this forum thread and let them know Gaby referred you.

    Note: please try to include a step by step guide to reproduce the problem.
