    Hi to all

    I have this situation.
    Product is 2143.20 without tax.
Then shipping is 36 without tax.
Then there is 3% fee for credit card payment which is 65.38 without tax.

Now we have total of 2244.58 and then 25% tax is applied so tax ba ma calculation is 561.145 which should be rounded to 561.15 and total should be 2805.73.

Actually when I select “Rounding tax at subtotal level, instead of per line” , total 2805.73 is fine, but it displays tax 561.14 and it should display tax 561.15

    How to fix this ?

@dxer I did the math on this, and it seems like it is correct.

    2143.20 * 1.03 = 2207.496 * .25 = 551.874
    36 * 1.03 = 37.08 * .25 = 9.27
    551.874 + 9.27 = 561.144

And if you did them together:

    2143.20 + 36 = 2179.20 * 1.03 = 2244.576 * .25 = 561.144

I added products in my store, one for the same amount, and one to add the 3% fee ( I am unsure how this is being added in your store), and I came out with the same tax but one penny less for the total.

It may be that whatever is adding the 3% is throwing off the calculations depending on when and where the fee is being added.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
