No products in list

    Hola. I really like the idea of getting a Request a Quote function in my product catalog. After clickin “Browse the list” button there′re no products in the list. I searched for help in different FAQ and tried with “cache exception list”. But no luck for me.
    I tried installing new WooCommerce and YITH plugins in new and empty dababase. But still not working.
    I hope you can help. I really like the idea of using your plugin.

    Hi, can you give me your site so i can make a test ?
    Also, are you tried to make a quote as guest user ?

    Hi,
    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
    If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.
    Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

    Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    Tried all you said before but had no luck. At this moment it′s a whole new WP+DDBB installation free of any kind of plugins except WooCommerce package and YITH. And still not working Request a Quote list.

    Problem solved. Thank you.

    What was the solution to the problem? I’m having the same issue – all of the sudden, the plugin stopped working across all my sites.
