Can’t upload photos to blog

  • Hi guys, i recently moved by blog between servers and everything works good, except it seems when i try to upload pictures (i can post blogs fine) and preview new pages (i can publish them and then they work). the error i get is “Unable to create directory /home/vol3/byethost13.com/b13_3277416/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2009/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?” So i guess the uploader still thinks i am using the old server (that is the old server), how can i change it to the new server?

  • After moving the blog. Did you make the upload folder writable in new server?
    Also, check if the upload path is correct.
    You can modify it in WordPress Dashboard.
    under Settings > Miscellaneous

    by changing the Settings > Miscellaneous i fixed uploading pictures, but i still can′t preview. yes the upload folder is writable.
