Availability but no assistant free

    hi there,

    I did set up the plugin and it is really great. but I have one problem. I only have 1 assistant and I assigned all services to this person. now I put holidays for that assistant on the 11th of December until 12th. but when I check the calendar it first shows green and I can even book the service even though the assistant is on holidays.

    do you have any ideas how to change it?

    If you have just one assistant you don’t need to assign to him all the service, as this happens by default.

    Then I suggest you to enable the “change order” option.

    thank you for your answer. i put two assistants now and assigned different services to them. my salon online booking times are from 9:00 – 21:00. but the first assistant is only available on Mondays. I set this up under the settings of the assistant and assigned the services to her (second assistant got assigned different services). but when I go to the booking widget it offers to to book the services from assistant 1 every day between 9:00 – 21:00 even though I said that the lady is only available on Mondays. why is that?

    thank you for your fast response.

    the website is https://termin.massage-passau.de/

    i have two assistants. one assigned to all service except “Kopfmassage”. this person only works on Mondays 9-13 which I setup under her settings for online booking.
    the second person only does the service “Kopfmassage” and can work evry day. (salon opening times 9-21).
    but when I go the website now and want to book a service I can do that for every day between 9-21 and every service even though the first assistant is only available on Mondays.

    but you didn’t enabled the “assistant selection”…

    Hello,

    when I enable the assistant selection it shows me the first assistant (Andrea) but also a second option with no name which I can choose.

    Hi,

    there is some issue here:

    and it could related to the theme in use, please switch to a WordPress standard theme and see what’s happen..

    I ticked the option “only from back-end” which selects the assistant automatically now and the problem is solved.

    thank you very much for the great plugin. I will either go premium soon or donate.
