Import stuck at 0.01%

I imported several times but all the time one result of 0.01%

I’m made update .htaccess file

php_value max_input_time 300

I’m made update wp-config.php file
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘500’ );

Backup size: 145mb

The media library shows that I can upload files up to 200MB

But nothing worked. The problem is that I only have a backup copy of the site made using your plugin. But it is not imported from me. I really hope for your help
