Activation 500 error

    Hi.

    I installed the plugin, when I press activate, it brings me to the 500 error page. WordPress . com support says there is no error on the logs about it and that I should contact you.

    The same scenario happens with all the other Wooassist plugins I tried (e.g. Top Bar)

    hi @popovicidaniela,

    we are currently updating this plugin, we will be releasing anew version soon. As for our other plugins they seem to work fine on our end. It would be worth testing for plugin conflicts. You could try disabling all plugins except woocommerce and use the storefront theme, then try enabling our plugins one by one. then enable your other plugins one by one until you get an error then you would have found the conflicting plugin.
