    Hi Chris,

With Jetpack 6.8 and Strong Testionials 32.32.3 the images on the testimonials are hidden. You can stil se them if you click on them. Tested this by deactivating all plugins and reactivating until the conflict was spotted.

Would really appreciate support on this one

    Cheers

    Hi Denis,

It appears you are using Jetpack’s Lazy Images feature. I find no problem with that on a simple test site. We must narrow down the conflict.

First, clear the Autoptmize cache and deactivate Autoptimize. Visit the page and do a full refresh via Ctrl+F5 (Win) or Cmd+R (Mac).

Tell me what happens and we’ll go from there.

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,

It appeared to be a conflict with the lazy loading. I did the autooptmise tests suggested by you and frank but the images still stayed invisible. As soon as I turned the LL off they came back.

LL isn’t a big issue for me, but happy to help you troubleshoot it for other customers if that is useful

And thanks for the fast response

I’m glad to hear it’s working. If you decide to enable lazy loading in the future, please let me know and we’ll resume troubleshooting.
