Backgroung image with oceanwp template is not working

  • Dear helpers,
    I have changed my background image from the back office using apparence/customize/general settings/background image. I’m not a developer so I need little help to solve my bug: my background image does not appear! why?
    I use the last version of the theme ocean wp.
    please help ??
