    How do I remove the HTML comment generated by LiteSpeed on the footer?

    <!– Page optimized by LiteSpeed Cache @2018-07-05 01:15:40 –>
    <!– Page generated by LiteSpeed Cache 2.4 on 2018-07-04 22:15:40 –>

    The following code below only removes the “<!– Page optimized by LiteSpeed…” but not the second one.
    define('LSCACHE_ESI_SILENCE', true);

    How to remove second html comment “<!– Page generated by LiteSpeed Cache…” on the footer?
