Does the plugin pass CAVV to Authorize.net?

I am currently implementing 3D Secure and have updated my Authorize.net account with the check marks to allow the Visa and MC solutions. The 3D secure provider is saying the plugin needs to pass the CAVV value to Authorize.net. I ran some Visa tests with this plugin on my site and it is processing the test transactions but Authorize.net is not receiving the CAVV. I confirmed that the 3D secure part of my site is correctly generating the CAVV and they are approving the 3D secure from their side.
