    Hello,

I created a pop-up which is set to live and yet, when it people subscribe, they receive a “form can’t be submitted in test mode” error.

    Image 2: https://ibb.co/LQGNHCf (Pop-up Mode)

What is required to have this corrected?

    Thank you,
    Charlinda

    Hello there @charlinda74,

hope you’re doing good today! ??

I just tried to replicate in a clean site (no other plugins, default theme) and I couldn’t replicate.
I can also see in the shared page that there’s no console error or anything that could indicate a conflict, even though it might be the case here.
Before going into a conflict test though, is there any caching involving into this installation? If so, can you please flush/purge all of them and give this another try from a clean/incognito browser?

Let us know how that goes!
    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

So, I’ve cleared the cache, tested and still get the same error. See images here: Incognito Window (https://ibb.co/hfkVxh6) and normal (https://ibb.co/bstQsxT). Below is a list of the various elements and themes currently on the WordPress site.

    Wordpress version 5.03

    Theme
    Twenty Twelve

    Plug-ins
    Contact Form 7
    Version 5.1.1

    Duplicator
    Version 1.3.4

    Elementor
    Version 2.4.3

    Gutenberg
    Version 4.8.0

    Hustle
    Version 6.0.6.1

    NextGEN Gallery
    Version 3.1.6

What else is required to fix this error?

    Regards,
    Charlinda

    Hi Charlinda,

Can you try going to Hustle > Pop-ups panel and in there switch the status of your popup to OFF, and then back to Live and try again.

Let us know if that worked.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
